Biography: My fascination with sports injuries developed whilst completing my degree in Osteopathy. I went on to complete a Master's degree in Sports Medicine at University College London along with additional training in many rehabilitation and injury management fields such as medical acupuncture, cognitive functional therapy and running retraining.

I have a particular interest in low back, neck and running related injuries. I am highly experienced in the use of manual therapy, rehabilitation exercise prescription as well as gait and functional movement assessment.

I adhere to the principal that each case is unique and I approach it as such. With every new case, I take a great deal of time to listen to the history of the problem before carrying out a thorough examination in order to reach a diagnosis. I then discuss the management options available before commencing treatment. At times, a referral for imaging or to another specialist may be required. If so, we have an excellent multidisciplinary team at Pure Sports Medicine and I have also built up a strong network of trusted local consultants who are experts in their fields of practice. I will always advise the best management options available to you.
